Child Support Passport Denial Program
Below is a list of contact information for each state. The child support staff at each state location handles passport denial inquiries. If your passport was denied, the state department will include a printed version of state agencies in the letter to the applicant.
If you do not know which state has certified your case, or if you have never owed child support, then please contact the state where you currently reside or your home of record.
